Bidright approached us with a visionary concept for a public sector software development initiative: a user-friendly dashboard that enables local businesses to seamlessly submit bids for public funding opportunities. They sought a solution that would streamline the process, making it more intuitive and accessible for users of all technical abilities.
Recognising the potential of this project, our team got to work immediately, crafting a fully functional prototype in just under two weeks. This rapid turnaround demonstrated not only our technical proficiency but also our ability to respond swiftly to client needs. The prototype exceeded expectations, offering a clear glimpse of the platform’s potential to transform how local businesses engage with public sector funding.
But this was only the beginning. Our collaboration with Bidright has since evolved, and we’re now in the exciting phase of developing this prototype into a fully-fledged Software-as-a-Service (SAAS) product. This expanded vision is designed to offer scalability, allowing Bidright to serve a growing number of users while maintaining the ease-of-use that was central to the original concept. This project underscores our capability in both rapid development and long-term strategic planning, transforming initial ideas into robust, market-ready software solutions.
Further work
When we first evaluated Bidright UK’s digital presence, it was clear there were fantastic opportunities for improvement. Their existing platform, while functional, didn’t fully reflect their innovative approach or the potential impact of their services. We saw an opportunity to elevate their brand by creating a more cohesive and compelling digital experience.
We began by executing a full redesign of their website, moving away from a standard, dated interface to a fresh, modern aesthetic that reflects their forward-thinking ethos. The new design is not only visually appealing but also optimised for usability, ensuring visitors have a smooth, intuitive journey from the moment they land on the site.
However, we didn't just focus on aesthetics. A key part of our approach was to dig deeper into their backend processes. We implemented a state-of-the-art automated lead processing system that revolutionised how Bidright managed incoming business opportunities. By integrating automation at critical stages, we dramatically reduced manual tasks, enabling their team to focus on what truly matters – delivering value to their clients. This transformation has significantly improved operational efficiency, resulting in faster response times and more streamlined interactions.
The end result is a system that doesn’t just look good – it works hard. Every interaction on the site is quicker, smoother, and more intuitive, leading to an improved user experience across the board. This project highlights our commitment to not only improving front-end experiences but also to optimising the behind-the-scenes processes that drive efficiency and business growth.
