Step Ahead, a publicly funded adult education and training provider, approached us with a need to streamline their lead qualification and enrolment processes. As a leading organisation in the education sector, they were experiencing a surge in demand, but their existing systems were struggling to keep pace. They required a more efficient, automated solution that could handle high volumes of enquiries while maintaining a smooth, user-friendly experience for candidates.
To address this challenge, we designed and built a bespoke system tailored specifically to Step Ahead’s needs. At the heart of this solution is an automated platform that qualifies and enrols candidates seamlessly through intelligent forms and documents. WhatsApp Lead Qualification
Understanding that Step Ahead’s digital marketing strategy heavily relies on Facebook ads, we knew it was critical to optimise their lead capture and qualification process. To do this, we integrated an automated WhatsApp chat flow into their system. Now, when leads come in from Facebook ads, they are immediately engaged through WhatsApp, where the chat bot qualifies them in real time, guiding potential candidates through a series of key questions to assess their eligibility.
This conversational approach not only improves the candidate experience by offering immediate responses but also helps Step Ahead gather the essential information they need to progress applicants without the delays of manual processing. Leads that qualify are automatically passed through the system for enrolment, saving time and ensuring no opportunities are lost.
